INTENTIONAL INTERIM
If your pastor is on sabbatical and you need consistent biblical teaching and pastoral care? Mike can bring that to your church and team and be involved in the sabbatical season as much as the church desires.
Is your church in a transition of leadership? Mike provides a church with stability, guidance, and support as they navigate the transition. He leads the church to reflect on their past, clarify their vision for the future, and prepare for the arrival of new leadership. Churches enter transitions for many reasons, but any transition can be unsteady and sometimes even challenging. Mike guides the church during their transition to biblically focus on healing, reconciliation, mission, and renewal with the church community. This ensures a smooth and healthy transition to the next ministry and kingdom advancement phase.

Mike is certified in StratOps and Activator in Intentional Churches OS. Mike teams with his wife, Lori, who herself built ministries from the ground up and strategically coaches and develops creative plans for ministries to advance. Coming together, Mike and Lori bring their training and experience to facilitate a collaborative experience with ministry teams that propel an organization into its next season of ministry through a strategic planning process.
